I have done lots of work on houses for these guys. And other investors, one thing that stands out to me is fair and honorable people. That's hard to find in these days, business men who are far and honest. Many times I get videos of the garage door and the problem. That comes from them going to the home and looking at it themselves. I'm sure they fix the issues when all possible saving money...

My company does repair work for many management companies but none as professional at Kennerly. They go above and beyond not only for the property owner but for the Tennant as well.
