I've bought new gear and sold my used gear at Kenmore Camera for 17 or 18 years, and there is no better camera store on the planet. Everyone on staff is literally on your side wanting you to get the best fair price and the best gear for your work. Have a couple cameras from the early 2000s purchased here. Used to love coming in to check out all the toys. I moved out of state in 2007. When I was looking for a 24-70mm F/2.8, I stumbled upon a used 28-70 instead through Kenmore Camera for an excellent price that accommodated both my budget and needs in a lens. I have made 3 separate purchases from them and all of the experiences have been great. The most recent, today, I had the pleasure of working with the owner, Bob. Just a down-to-earth genuine person. So refreshing to still see that in customer service nowadays. No one has ever been pushy with sales. They are patient in answering questions and showing you products. And they all seem to get along...
