Thank you for selling my vehicle while I was in the middle of driving an hour and a half do to buy it, oh and also for the $25 in gas to go in a truck i traded in . .way to go guys . . I'm sure Larry H Miller appreciated you buying gas for their new 09 Colorado, it didnt do anything for me. you know I hoped Ken Garff would be different, I really thought you guys sounded like good folks to work with despite the several people I work with and a couple others I know that have done with you, I wanted to believe that maybe they just had a bad experience and I should give you guys a chance/ the benefit of the doubt if you will, BUT in true Ken Garff fashion you screwed me. You wasted my time and you lied to me. . . . Now that I have been burned like the many that have been screwed over by your company I unfortunately can not and will not buy anything from a dealer with the Ken Garff name on it no matter how near or far the location or how good a deal that you might have. I just cant handle disappointment like I encountered this past Saturday and like many others have in the past. I thought (and hoped) that all the folks I heard negative comments from about Ken Garff was just them being too sensitive or overly angry but now I know Ken Garff is just flat out not a good place to buy a vehicle . I will try to spread the word the best way I can that through my and others experiences that they should steer clear of any business bearing the name Ken Garff on it for their own good. Hopefully they will be saved the grief and wasted time by NOT doing like I did and giving Ken Garff the benefit of the doubt.
