I recently did some marketing work for Ken Garff Audi of Utah and decided to have my Hummer H2 serviced for an exhaust noise while I was there. Tyler took my truck in and ordered the parts on Monday and had me out the door with new everything on Tuesday at a fraction of the price that I was quoted through the GM dealership.
Bought used Ford truck from this dealer and it is falling apart. Engine knock, Transmission slipping, Engine missing bad, and already had to replace front axle half shaft. I also had to repair window regulator. I bit on the used car warranty, but it only kicks in after 45 days and 1000 miles. Dealer...
Update. The dealership finally agreed to take care of my service challenges. Special thanks to my sales rep Jen, Geoff the Finance manager and Simon the service manager. I've upgraded my review because they made things right. I'll give them another opportunity to earn my trust again when I'm ready to buy my next car.
