Quality of food was poor at best. Everyone in our party had plates and utensils from different sets! Service was okay. Will not patronize again.
Quality of food was poor! Apparently this restaurant caters to the near welfare class. Will give service passing grade, but overall a below average establishment.
Recently there on a Tuesday night before a show at the Paramount. Even though it was packed that night, we got our food in a timely manner, and it was good. I love the specials and the choices offered.
Cannot say enough about Kelvans. Fronts on Merchants Row. Terrific menu, great bar, staff is accomodating, friendly and provides excellent service. The fact that it is located in Vermont's First Skyscraper is another plus.
Glad we finally chose to eat here. Four in our party and we all chose entrees off the specials menu. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Service was attentive, despite the crunch because of the theatergoers, including us. Only thing lacking is some kind of bread, crackers etc. while guests are waiting for the food to arrive.
