Unfortunately, the restaurant that had been Kelly's Kitchen has been changed in atmosphere, style and food choices. NOSH is no longer the cozy place to relax with a friend and gab a while over breakfast or lunch. It seems to be catering to someone who wants a quick bite or takeout. Food was good, but skimpy. Previously one of my favorite and most frequented weekend breakfast spots, Kelly's Kitchen is no longer open on weekends. I will no longer be spending my money here. Blackberry River Baking Co in Canaan is fantastic and even better than Kelly's was in my opinion. Try there instead and you will leave happy.
Wonderful choice of breakfasts from strawberry pancakes to blue cheese omelets. Specials everyday. The lunches are great, and the potato salad that comes with the sandwiches is so good. They also serve gluten free meals.
They are now only open for weekday breakfast and lunch. No weekends. They also now accept cash and checks only, no credit cards. Make your plans to visit with these restricted hours and payment options in mind. Their new hours and payment policies will definitely cut down my family's frequency of patronization.
We went for breakfast at Kelly's because i had heard good things about it. It was a little hard to find (could have used a bigger sign), but it was worth searching for. My husband & I both had french toast, but not your ordinary french toast. Mine was a strawberry croissant (3 of them!) and his was a cinnamon...
