Our limo experience with Kelly Transportation was a disaster. I have tried to contact them by phone (several numbers provided to me by limo driver-disconnected) and by mail (letter sent back for incorrect address). My personal opinion is that this is a scam. Since I have no other means of getting in touch, I'm going to post a short version of my letter to management here.

Do not use Kelly Transportation. Reservation at 8, arrived at 7:30, but downhill from there. Ordered an old-fashioned stretch Lincoln town car but that’s not what we got. A stretch SUV arrived with broken overhead mirror and missing plastic trim off the doors. Half an hour later, the re-tread tire shreds going down I-5. We tried to get in touch with Kelly Transportation to have them send a new limo or atleast extend our rental time to compensate for the flat tire but they never answered or called back.
