The staff is horrible and rude, especially the nurses and office manager. Dr. Kelly is disorganized; take a look at his office. I had one nurse speak to me in a loud voice across the waiting room with my personal information. So unprofessional. My family had to work with him when my grandmother was in the nursing home---he is the Medical Director for all 3 nursing homes in Russellville. ...

Saw the crnp February 2015. Received a bill for services March 2016. When questioned staff regarding bill, stated, it was your deductible. Dr. Kelly stresses importance of competent staff while working in the hospital and doesn't hold back when berating staff and telling patients of what he sees as nursing incompetence. He should expect the same of his office staff. And, by the way, his nurse...
