I have had to work with the employees at Kelly's many times now due to some conflict I was having with Directv. They have been more than helpful and really did everything they could to help me out. I would most definitely recommend their customer service.
I did have some issues with their installer of my satellite tv. He was more than an hour late to show up for an installation appointment, which I took time off work for. Yes, they give you a window of time to expect the installer to arrive. He was well over an hour late showing up after the entire window of time had expired. When I called the office to complain, the office staff got a hold of the installer right away and helped take care of the problem. So, even given the problem with the installer, I would still highly recommend this place.
The crew at Kelly Electronics is, by far, the best in Cache Valley for Satellite TV. They were extremely accommodating and a pleasure to work with.

They are a RIP OFF!!!! I moved into apartments and had Direct TV already. I was given a paper upon moving in to call Kelly's Electronics for the move. After calling I spoke to Mike who wanted 350.00 to move. He told me that it was because they had put a lot of effort into pre wiring the unit.
