My husband sent me a bouquet for my birthday it was the ugliest thing i have ever seen. The flowers were wilted and with in 24 hours they were starting to die. Will not ever use them again. I had to give a start to me they did not even deserve that,.

Where do I begin. Walked in the day before valentines and was not greeted for about 25 minutes while two employees stood there talking. No acknowledgment from either of them. They then walked into the back ignoring me. One finally came out to ask me if I needed any help. Asked for a dozen roses and she.had to walk back into the back room to ask another lady if she.could sell me roses. The other...

I have been a dedicated customer of Kelli's for many years and have always been satisfied with their service. They have the most beautiful rose arrangements. To date, I have no complaints.

Called yesterday from San Francisco CA to order a buquet of Roses, the woman at the phone was extremelly helpful and nice, everything as promissed, on time, so glad I ramdonly found this Flower shop online.....
