Do not go to this person for any type of cosmetic surgery. He is too old to still be practicing. I was recommended to him and it was the biggest mistake in my life. He botched my surgery where I now have scar that will require some other competent cosmetic surgeron to fix. I dumped a ton of money down the drain on this one. Don't do the same thing I did. Stay as far away from this guy as you can.

I went to Dr Keiter in 2000 and it sickens me to see him recommended on other websites. It was impossible to file a complaint with the BBB and back then there were no online reviews. At the time of my procedure he asked if a student could observe. After the procedure I asked if he did one side and the student did the other? They were so different one side high one side low, one side the nipple was on the very edge of the areola!! he said not to sorry as gravity and skin stretching would even it out over time. when I insisted he did a local anestesia and cut my muscle to lower one side....

Do not use Dr. Keiter. He misled me and made me believe that my insurance company wouldn't approve the surgery when all they wanted was more information so they could approve it. Example: He refused to have me get a mammogram which I would have happily gotten (particularly since my regular doctor wanted me to have one.). His reasoning: He didn't want me to be exposed to X-Rays?

While trying to reason with him about the money, he slipped (while he was yelling at me) and said that if the insurance company had approved my surgery, he wouldn't have done it for me. (He was required as part of...
