Hardly Premier!! YP.com

Went to store after reading the other review here, but was sadly disappointed!! Limited inventory of Games Workshop items, and most of it was out of date!! Staff was friendly and honest. But don't call yourself premier if you don't carry a better range of inventory!!!

An Excellent Game Store YP.com

The Keep is Fort Wayne's Premier Game Store. Store associates are very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the games. They have a great selection of games. They stock rare and unusual games as well. The hold many events for the various games and make sure that the gamers receive their prize support for their perspective games.

I recently stopped in The keep to check it out. The selection is ok, they do have some items I was looking for. The staff could be better. Trying to get their attention was a bit of a pain because they were too busy socializing to take care of their customers. My wife was ready to go after only a few minutes because of the rudeness.

I've shopped at the Keep several times, and I've found that the sales staff are not particularly helpful. They're usually busy chatting with friends and don't seem to know much about retail customer service.
