First of all I don't know how this is called a day spa. This looks like every other hole in the wall ""nail place"" in NY except they do hair also. I went there for eyelash extensions and overall this was a totally bad experience. The girl who originally brought me in the back to do my lashes seemed like she had no idea what she was doing. She was struggling to put the tape on my eyes and ended up getting someone else to do them. It took almost an hour and a half to do my lashes and when they were done they didn't look that much different than my own lashes, except now I have big spaces in...

I love this spa like my second home! I currently tried the brazilian keratin for my hair. I first worried about fomaldehyde producing ingredients in the product treatment.

However, I learned they are free of formaldehyde products! I was so relieved and I quickly accepted to take the treatment. After the treatment my hair was smooth and soft and best of all GORGEOUS!!!

Better than my old, frizzy, dry-looking hair. The treatment came out better than expected. I was very happy and I will continue to take other hair treatments for the health of my hair.

I have been getting my hair straightened here for a few days now and I love it! Yes it gets crowded and its an assembly line and you may need to blow dry your own hair but it is all worth it. My hair is extrememly thick and I get charged. But it is worth every penny. Go there with your hair washed already (shampoo only) so that they can put the chemicals i your hair right away.

A few days ago, I went to kayi day spa. and I did Japanese hair straightening!!
I heard, they have new staff~ ^^
The straightening itself only took 2 hours! The last hour included a nice shoulder/back message, blow-drying, and chit-chatting. I left a big tip as I was extremely satisfied by their service and the quality of their work. The end product looked amazing. I also bought their shampoo and conditioner as every all-natural, chemical hair products I buy in stores are hopeless to my hair. I did permanent make-up. I wanted to do it for a long time, but I was a little scared because when it is done.... it is there for years. I was so happy with the way that Kayi was handling my skin treatment, that I decided to do permanent make-up with her. She did such a great job; the eyed-liner that she tattooed above my eyes is fine, clean and looks amazing. So many people are wondering how I can do such a perfect make-up every morning. My eyes just look incredible. I already sent her two of my best friends for permanent make-up.
