Stay away from this store. They have horrible customer service and sell inferior products. My wife got a watch for Christmas and she wore it 3 days. The watch looks horrible after only 3 days of wearing it so we wanted to exchange it for a different style that my be more resistant to scratches but they refused. Went in there today not looking to buy anything and the sales ladies were super low pressure about browsing. I figured I was done with Kay after the terrible experience we had at another location but the employees were really changed our minds about the company. We came in to browse and left with a wedding band!
