If I could give them a 0 rating I would. The service itself isn't bad, not great but not bad. However, product quality is TERRIBLE! Take your money somewhere where their products are worth it.

We have spent multiple thousands of dollars in this location. Every time I go to have my jewelry either inspected or repaired I am ignored and treated very poorly. Today I had to have my engagement ring sent off. I waited for close to 30 minutes to be helped. No one could even be bothered to acknowledge my presence.
