After an introductory price, Kaufman fuel said they would deliver oil at a fair market price. Every deliver since has been $.40-.50cents over market value. They have charged more than auto diesel, and will not return calls when questioned about it. Since it is spring and I'm changing to gas,I ask them not to come back. They told me I would have to pay cancellation charge, even though I used them all winter.(they delivered 6 times.) unless you want to pay $4.50 a gallon for oil, don't be tricked by their intro rate.

Poorly operated service department. They cancelled oil burner service 3 times. Did not provide adequate notice. I had to cancel my appointments because of their inefficiency. Fuel delivery service…
