Just received a gift basket today 2-12-15 from Kathy's floral and was very disappointed. It came with fruit, crackers, beef stick and cranberry apple cheese spread. Hello.. I have never used Kathy's prior and since I was from Fremont, CA felt I would give her my business. I know she does beautiful work fromt he reviews I have read but she definitely needs to polish her customer service and her voice; She did not make me feel comfortable with her comments about "how she needed to get going to do some orders" and rushing me in mine. Our flower shop is open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and we are closed on Sundays.
