Kathy worked with us to sell our home of 27 years. She helped us with staging, finding a reliable handyman and even a moving company that was able to accommodate the “clutter” and take care of the final move. We recently had a rented condo for sale in in Wheaton, IL. Kathy Volpe acted immediately when we asked her to list the property. She efficiently took charge and facilitated the listing, pricing, photography of the unit and interacting with the tenant residing in the unit. I interviewed several realtors from different agencies. I chose Kathy Volpe because she was key with good resources and advice to update my house. The house was placed on the market on a Thursday afternoon and had a signed contract the following Sunday.
