Just to clarify, the business wasn't always that way. The old master recently left, and was replaced with someone very different. Before, he always would have listened to your excuse and tried to help you. Sorry you came at the wrong time, but the teaching is still very good.

Instructors are great. However there is absolutely NO cancellation policy, in the event that you need one. It is crazy that a business has no policy in place. We had hoped to be able to take taekwondo with them again in the future, however due to this experience they have lost a client forever. They essentially steal your money even after you have attempted to explain your situation.Beware
