Made a large purchase and items arrived damaged and not in working order. Called Karls several times and have been ignored. No return or follow up calls. They don't send service people out to fix items. Worst customer service ever. Cannot believe how awful this store is to it's customers. Karl's really stood behind a washer they sold me 19 months ago. I bought the top of the line Electrolux front loader and in this time it has been repaired 4 times. The last time Electrolux wanted to do a complete rebuild and replace the entire insides of the machine. I got nowhere with the Electrolux customer service people.
