Clean, bright, helpful employees. A lot of product in the store! Your employees are very helpful when I needed to buy a new computer. They also took care of some technical problems caused by my 12 year old sons.

I have watched this store grow for the last 8 years. Great service, good deals on refurbished equipment. Good honest service. Service personnel are always helpful and courteous. Comfortable area for waiting for service also! Always a good experience coming into this store.

In 2013, Kaplan Computers broke ground on a new 35, 000 sq foot tech service center. This new location is at the Hockanum Mill in Vernon, CT. When completed it will allow a significant service and online sales expansion that will better help us meet the needs of our clients across the US.
