Was there for a concert and pretty much everything expected from what I paid. Room was clean and staff was nice.

We stayed at the hotel for a bachelorette party. It's nothing fancy, but is very nice, good staff, clean rooms. Perfect for sleeping. I didn't eat the breakfast but it smelled good. The hotel is about 3 miles from downtown, and gets close to a more run down neighborhood, but it doesn't seem to affect the hotel much.

Too close to a busy hospital

The hotel was right across the street from a very busy hospital (something we were not aware of).
Of 4 wake up call that were asked for we received 1.
The cleaning staff left dirty rags on one of the chairs in the room. One of the cleaning ladies could not understand English. The carpet was wet.
All the plants in the planters were dead.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Was good for an overnight stay and cleanup the next morning. The ice machine was not working on the second floor, so could not get ice quickly. It is right across from the hospital, so they were pretty booked with patients families; that being said, if you want to stay here you may need to book in advance. Good rate and very close to all arena in the downtown...

Location, Location, Location. The 316 Hotel is located in North Downtown Wichita (next to Via Christi Hospital), and is JUST 9 blocks from both the INTRUST Bank Arena and the Old Town Entertainment Districtand our FREE guest shuttle will wisk guests to both within 5 minutes. The Century II Convention Center and Waterwalk Area are just 11 blocks, and Wichita State University is 7.8 miles away...
