I have been waiting a month for them to hook up my service. Can't say much about the service yet but at thos point I am not happy. I have a child enrolled in online high school and it doesn't seem to be speeding up the process. She is now a month behind in her schooling. The techs will not return my calls and I am almost to the point poo f cancelling and using a different company.

I payed for top tier and they can at best produce 256k on average.when i down graded to the 4m they charged me $16. they cant seem to fix anything after repeated visits to house. the guy on the phone seemed very disinterested in helping and we had a long wait before service came to the house. I am currently looking for another service that can provide at least better than this 256k at 4m prices.

My daughter got back from having an internal heart monitor put in that requires a cell transition at midnight every night. We woke up to her internal monitor beeping and the bedside monitor beeping. It was due to NO ATT cell service!! But KANOKLA was able to get a landline in within hours so we could transmit the information over the phoneline! Thank you KANOKLA!
