I have experience the “Kale service” and yes it’s very slow. With the employees waiting on so many customers,’ it’s no wonder that you can get any kind of service. I have found that the following stores are a bit smaller but the quality of service surpasses Kale’s service by a long shot. The Kale's store on Monroe is horrible. It was horrible when it was on Roosevelt and it was horrible when it was on 95th street. To have not only CTA employees (which numbers over 10,000)but CPD, CFD and Cook County Sheriffs, the system that they are using needs to be much better than it is. I have no complaints on the customer service but why the HELL are they so SLOW!? Why do I have to wait 7...
