Bought my first zero turn mower from these guys, friendly and knowledgeable they gave me many great tips. Heck I test drove a mower and the didn't get upset when I crashed the mower.

ok...I have dealt with contractors for 38 years in another industry. I can tell you that if your cusotmer base is contratcors (in Kalb's case some are guys that do yard work for a living) you have to provide a decent level of service after the sale and you have to know the product or they will not be repeat customers. You have to build that infrastructure to provide that lveel of serivce, over...
