For being in the middle of a food court, I am amazingly impressed with Somboon.
Their service is always awesomely speedy. Call ahead, pick it up, and you're in and out within literally 30 seconds.
The pad thai and panang curry are decent, although I have other Thai places which I vastly prefer. However, their pad see ew is delicious....
