this place denied my dying mother a hospital bed when her doctor wrote a prescription for it. a doctors written prescription is all that is required for durable medical equipment under the rules of medicare. they said medicare's rules made no difference to them, that she had to qualify under their rules-which she did not. she could have got it the 17th of dec 2010, if they would have followed...
