Horrible Place

These people could care less about customer service. I called on Monday and they were out of the hair that I needed and they said they would order it and it would be in by Wednesday after 4:00 PM, so I went in on Thursday to pick up the hair and was told that they didn't get it. I was so angry because I was all set to get my hair braided on Saturday, so now I'm stuck and ended up buying something I didn't want, because I had no choice. To make matters worse they could care less that they screwed up and offered me a 5% discount...WOW, don't bend over backwards to make this right!

The sad part is that they especiallly treat people of color horribly, so I decided today that I will never give those horrible people another penny of mine. If you have shopped at this establishment I'm sure you have a similar experience, so please find somewhere else to purchase your beauty products.
