Ken Karston came for an initial consultation but we have not yet decided whether we need to hire him. He gave us helpful information about our home and about the permit process with the city. His price seemed reasonable but we are deciding whether we can do the permit process work on our own. We would recommend him to others. I will complete the rating if we use this company.
