We take our Sheltie there all the time, and while the place may not look like much, Jeff and Helen have always taken good care of our four-legged son. They board him while we are out of town and clean and groom him on the morning or our pickup.

In fact is is the same dog that supposedly the #1 Kennel in town messed up about 5 years ago. have aThe shuttle bus...lol

Went out of town for 4 days and they left my dog lying in pee. They didnt bathe him or wash his bed until the day we came back. The pillows on the inside of the bed smelled horrible and had to be thrown away. I know they didn t bathe him cause Sara told me he had peed several times since we were gone. My dog has diabetes and needs to be walked a lot. On Sundays they only walk the dogs 2...

If you care about and love your dog under no circumstances should you leave your dog with these people. Took my dog in for grooming at 9:00 am and after 3 hours called to see if he was ready and the line was busy. Called for 5 hours every 15mins and never got an answer line was for 5 hours!! Finally went down and the place was locked up, no one there, no way to get my dog. Will be filing a...

We wouldn't recommend K-9 Castle if our lives depended on it. We took our three babies there and, first, the lobby was disgusting. We had watched a video online and everything was clean and beautiful, but that's not what we found. As she was writing down our information, my husband happened to mention where we used to have them groomed (which we absolutely loved...we just moved too far away...

Never bring our pets to K 9 Castle.It was the worse service I have ever seen.My 2 dogs were both cut and burned by the clippers.The owner Helen was very rude about it.Took my dogs to the vet and they found 4 deep cut super glued together.
