Horrible service, trying to up sale me an oil change and then refused to service me, when I told them that I don't need full synthetic oil. Rip off stay away. Unskilled management

I went in for the $99 brake job . They started the work then told me my calipers had to be rebuilt $320 ! I said no , he then said he could clean everything & rebuild using some old parts for $165 . I let them do it just , to get my car back & go home . I'll never use this place again & will spread the word . I've since heard similar stories .

Back in 2007 I took my 2005 Chevy pickup to Just Brakes in Kingwood. That store is no longer there. I went in for the $99 pads/shoes deal. They told me then my calipers and pistons needed work. They advertise $99.00 brake job, but once they get you in it's much more. They told us they don't carry our brake shoes in stock (Suzuki) so the price went up $142.00 Yea that's right total $242.00. We bought the brake shoes and pads for $31.00 from Auto Zone just down the road. What a rip off, I can't believe they can not get a pair of brake shoes delievered for less than $142.00 from their...
