Monday: 5-6 miles (social run, varying paces from 8:30-11 min mile
pace) at 6pm from Jus' Running
Tuesday: Maggot Track Workout; leaves from Jus' Running 6:30pm
Sat.: 8am - 8-13 miles at 8:30-9min pace leaving from Jus' Running.

Jus' Running Group runs from the store (523 Merrimon Ave.)
*Watch FB for cancellations (adverse weather, etc.)
