Experience our hip atmosphere and relax in our comfortable guestrooms on your next trip to Portland, OR.
Portland has long had cachet, thanks to Gus Van Sant. With its cool but Spartan attitude, this hotel suits the city. Carved out of an old motel, it's simple but appealing, with hints of Palm Springs. Those who can't bear the thought of…
The hip, creative, and adventurous flock to this contemporary boutique hotel, formerly a motor inn, adjacent to a restaurant/bar and one of the city's most popular concert venues, the Doug Fir Lounge. The minimalist guest rooms come with modern furniture, down comforters, iPod docking stations, and chalkboard doors you can write on. Guests can sip on complimentary locally roasted coffee, rent...
Hip, affordable boutique hotel next to the Doug Fir Lounge, this former motor lodge is refurbished in funky ways (chalk doors!) & has its own art gallery near the lobby.
Although this place calls itself a boutique hotel, it's actually a boutique motel. Once an aging mid-century motel, the Jupiter is the outcome of an extreme makeover and is now an überhip address for the Portland arts crowd and those in town to participate in the city's hip scene. With its glowing blue wall panels, piped-in music in the courtyard, and log-cabin-swank Doug Fir Lounge, the...
If your dream is to crash an up 'n coming rock star’s after hours hotel room party, stay here—this hip inn’s adjoining Doug Fir Lounge books some of the most interesting musical acts around, and comes complete with sexy bar, fire pit, smoking patio, and potential hookups.
Great character, clean , comfortable, great location just needs coffee in the room and it would be perfect.....
Good experience at this hotel, however, my party was not warned that there was an additional parking fee. I assumed there would be, but since the receptionist did not mention it at all, my party was excited because we thought it was free. When we got the bill that was the first we heard of the additional fee. Will not be returning.
My husband and I stayed here on our first time to Portland. On the upside, it has a great restaurant/bar/music venue attached, on the downside, you won't be able to sleep because of the live music being played at the venue. Otherwise, it was good.
one of the worst hotel stays ever. I knew staying there there would be noise from bar, but this was out of control. Loud yelling until bar closed, and then proceeded to the hotel after. The noise went all the way to 6 AM.
The Jupiter hotel is a cool quirky place to stay. Room I had was fairly small but don't need much if you're not going to be in the room all the time. There was some construction going on all over the property but there wasn't any noise that I could hear from my room. Staff was helpful in locatin certain places to go check out as well.
The Rose Garden Arena is within walking distance. Features of the hotel include 24-hour reception, concierge service, free WIFI throughout, ATM on site, meeting rooms, business centre, restaurant, bar and airport shuttle.
Stylish and modern, this hotel is situated in the cultural district, just a 2-minute drive to the Oregon Convention Center and a 5-minute drive from Downtown Portland.

The coolest hotel I've ever stayed at. The room interiors are fashionable and cozy with great amenities like wifi, and across the way is a great restaurant and bar. All at reasonable rates. Will definitely stay here again.
