Although the over-all look of the place is adorable, it's terrible. The managers are rude and never there and hire very young workers to look after these kids. The food is terrible & way over-priced for food just heated up in the microwave! The cleaning is horrible, terrible. All those inflatables those kids are playing on day in and day out? NEVER CLEANED! EVER! The whole time I worked there...

This place is not suitable for anyone who wants to host a birthday party. They have poor customer service, over charging, and food is just junk. I can't say anything good about this family own business. If they don't improve by reading all these reviews they minus will shut it down.

bought the package which include 25 guests(pizzas,drinks, and gift bag for the honorary guest), our appointment was for 1:30. we ended up waiting until 2:15 because nothing was ready. when they finally open the room it wasn't even ready, plain and melancholic. so after all this the birthday boy went home without his gift bag. very disappointed.

This place is a great place to have bday parties and drop off for parents date night!! they also have lock in yes lock ins!! they keep your kids over night!!!

Our kids just love this place, when they get tired of the bounce houses (if possible), they can go to the arcade and play those games or to the snack bar to eat. Very well decorated in a jungle theme. Plus you can leave them for a few hours if you have shopping to do. Love the place!!!
