Not a family friendly environment

Not sure we will be going back as a family because we were told that both parents cannot go together with our 20 month old up into the jungle gym. Doesn't seem like a very friendly family environment when one parent has to sit out while the other parents has all the fun. It would be one thing if we were crowding up the place and not letting other kids through but we were taking our turn. The...

This place is awesome! They have a great toddler area (2 years old and under) where the little ones can play safely. I was even able to go in one the bouncy house with my 1 year old. Most of the big kids were in the "multi-level play structure", so we had that bouncy house practically to ourselves! When a couple of kids came to jump in there, I moved to the corner so they could have their fun....

Only good for younger children...

Only good for younger children. If you bring older (7-8ish) you are frowned upon. Pricey to get in BUT parents don't have to pay, which is a plus. Food prices are very good. Customer service is HORRIBLE. The people who work there are very rude and snobby.
I will not be going back.

If it were not for the people who worked and ran this place, maybe I would rate it a 5 star but because of the rude customer service, it is not a place worth taking my kids to.
