I too had a inflatable that a character would rise from the gift package. What I found wrong when the character stopped popping up was, in the motor that works the pop up is a circuit board that is an on and off timer-that still was working-but the relay that switches the motor on

Company is TERRIBLE

Bought an inflatable snow scene for my parents and had it shipped to them. The box was missing half the stakes to hold it down. it took over 10 calls too get the stakes sent. the first holiday it was put up the motor broke. i dont even want to get a replacement motor. i wont support this company as they do not support the customers that buy their products. this company sucks. dont buy anything...

Sound Don't Work

I bought a 39" toy horse for my daughter for Christmas, the sound worked ONE time Christmas morning, the batteries were changed 2-3 times by 2 different people. This particular horse was at the top of the pile (and the only one of its color) so there was no way it had been "tried" too many times at the store. I think the sound is deffective. Wish there was a way to get a new sound box for it...
