Everyone was very friendly including the initial phone call about information and setting up an appointment. The technician was informative about the procedure, effiecent, and did an excellent job. Reliable and effective cleaning. Carpets are stain free and brighter than before. That`s why we come back. We bought a house that offered a carpet allowance. We took a chance and bought for a reduced price without the allowance. Thankfully, the carpets cleaned up so well we were glad we didn`t have to buy new carpet. Stain treatment and Scotchguard were great features.
