Disappointing. We used this company in the past and they did a great job. This time I asked them to trim a tree in my backyard and trim out the dead wood, which is what was on the estimate. However, when the crew only did part of the job, I complained. They trimmed out MOST of the dead wood but they did no trimming. I pointed this out to the clean up crew, because the work crew bugged out...

Horrible Horrible Horrible They are experts in destroying your lawn, flowers, damaging your fences ect. They leave a terrible mess behind when they say they are going to clean it up and when you ask them they say yes and then they take off after getting paid and when you speak to them about it they accuse you of lying. A very bad experience!!

In 1965 my dad planted four small maple trees in my backyard. Today they are/were fifty (50) feet tall with a base of two or three feet in diameter. I hired JRs Tree Service because they had the most reasonable estimate. I called yesterday and was scheduled for today. These people were cheapest... And there is a reason! They S*CK. Ticked of my neighbor (not the one posted above) by leaving debris in his driveway and gutters full of flying mulch. Then basically told him too bad too sad when he called to complain. Then when we cleared the mound of mulch they left in my driveway half of the stump that I paid extra to remove was still there.. on the bottom...
