Facility was not very clean. I had to interact with 8 different people during my visit, the crazy thing is after they brought me to an uncomfortable exam room I waited 5 hours to finish the visit. I only had a bruised heal, not a big deal, and they diagnosed me for an ankle sprain when I told them my ankle was fine...terrible diagnosis. I waited 9 hours to see someone @ the JPS ER but when i finally saw a dr. she was volunteering from JPS URGENT CARE. She was sweet and kind and very helpful. I'll definitely go there first from now on!
