They showed up on time and everytime they said they would be here, walked us through every step , to show us how to operate our new system.

Dave Bently was very good to work out the klinks in my hard wired system. Took longer than he thought to install but did not increase price, I did.

Jan did an excellent job of making sure everything was exactly like I wanted. He was very professional, very prompt, and did everything he said he would do. As far as I am concerned that is the most important thing. He is extremely reliable, and when it comes to your home security, that is exactly the type of person and company that you want standing behind your project. Thank you JP...

Excellent product and excellent installation, actually received more than we bargained for with the free monitor upgrade. Could have benefited with some additional time spent on "how to work the DVR and cameras" ... but that's what the manual is for.
