I was very pleased when I got a pedicure at Joy nails. I thought their prices were reasonable, the atmosphere was pleasant and the services where exceptional.

Went in for a walk in manicure and they got started right away. Did one hand no problem, but when she did the cuticles on my other hand I noticed it was pretty painful, and pulling off dead skin shouldn't hurt. I just shrugged it off and came back to the chair after washing my hands to find that four of my fingers were bleeding on one hand where she had cut me with the cuticle trimmers. She...
