The fried chicken is OK, but

I used to come here fairly frequently under the previous owner, who was very friendly and knowledgeable about Filipino food. The half-chicken with rice was an amazing deal at about five bucks. More recently, I went back and was overpowered by a smell of old chicken grease, a distinct lack of service by a new person, and a yelling kid...
