I discovered this place while looking for a local citi bank. Would have never noticed the cleaner because of these tall trees on the side of the road. But actually Joy cleaners is easily accessible with plenty of parking spots. Just across from Mill Village shopping center. On the pricy side. Not willing to work with the customer regarding starch, packaging, etc. If you need it and don't care about the price, they are ok.
