Back around 2005 I wanted to train in Martial Arts. I was around the age of 8. My step-mom and I looked around at several places. None of them were as tuff as Jow Ga. I saw that they were very serious and worked the students hard.
It was there that I learned discipline, determination, and it's also where I met one of my bestest friends.
Miss y'all from Jow Ga.

i searched for kung fu schools when i first moved to the hampton roads area and Jow Ga is the closest that I could find to traditional chinese martial arts. I studied Hung Ga, another kung fu system, up North which has many similarities. I'm sorry the reviewer above only saw a small sliver of what the school offers.
