This is not the first time I have dined with Jovian's and definitely will not be the last. With every visit I am pleasantly surprised with the delicious food prepared by the Chef. From the Salmon and Coconut rice to the Gyro and Kabobs, Jovian's is an eclectic heaven! Upon entering what appeared to be one long dining area in the center of a strip center, the sound of a convenience store bell sounded to let the management and staff know that someone is walking in the door (what I assume the host could deduce on his/her own). The wait staff was unprepared and overly busy with 2 tables total. I feel sorry for the owners of this establishment as I don't foresee a bright future. Sorry.
