unable to fulfill expectations for what is charged

Jots took over 2 weeks to fix one problem with my TV, and then was told neither feasible, or economical to fix the second problem after charging me over $390.00 dollars. Theses folks are either inept or lazy. Don’t bother with the slick talk and steer clear. Gave them a second chance and picture is even worse.

I was hoping to prove you wrong steve, but their phone customer service is one of the worst I have experienced and it seems like they dont know a thing about electronics.
