Driveway Sealing

Poor communication, does not meet commitments and incomplete job.
I was promised I would get an estimate. I called after an extended period of time and she said she left the estimate on my mail box (like she always does). Why, didn’t I see it?
She said she would let me know when she could get it done. After another extended period of time with no phone call, she said she had been trying to reach me but got no answer (my phone system keeps a record of all incoming / missed calls).
After they left, I realized that the edging was not done in an area of several feet (they just eyeballed it and didn’t cut all the growth back). I completed the edging myself and sent a picture. Again my calls we met with clever noncommittal responses, but promised they would come back. After the first week, she snapped at me and said “I told you I would take care of it. After the second week, she still tried to avoid making a commitment of when it would be done. I finally requested a specific date as to when the job would be completed. That was last week.
