I usually don't write reviews but I had to with this one. We were looking for a place to stay outside of Boston due to the higher prices the date we were needing. This place did the trick and exceeded our expectations. We were headed south to the Cape the next day and we enjoyed walking along the beach and the views from Hull are amaizing. The innkeepers were very accommodating with our need to leave early and made helpful suggestions about our trip into Boston. I loved the basket of apples in the entryway!

WOW! You must stay here if you love Bed & Breakfast's! Gorgeous decorations. Fantastic inn keeper. I hope you get to try Annmarie's raspberry french toast and breakfast peach appetizer. Gorgeous views and a short distance from the beach. We stayed in the Twinz room on the 3rd floor. I would recommend that as it is nice and you can close off the common area attic if you want more privacy. All...
