Called at 8:00 am to pick up. was told to come after 10;00am. Man Spoke very little english. arrived at 10:oo am did not leave untill 10:45 because they were busy and their computor was down. Made us late for loading and unloading. We had people to wait on us because we were late getting to our destination.
