We have eaten here several times and service has always been good. Food is average but good for price you are paying. Nothing fancy about restaurant but it is clean.

There are two Jorge's in Midland. I like the one on Big Spring street best. Consistently good Tex-Mex food. Quality of service varies at most local restaurants due to the recent oil boom. Prices are consistent with other similar restaurants.

We were here with a group of 8 or so on a business trip. Service was strained and food was OK. I love a good Chile relleno and had to try theirs because of the description.
